Not Trustworthy

I have purchased shares with the hotel, I am unable to get hold of the person/department to give me an update on the value of my shares that I have purchased. I have contacted the number on numerous occasions the person is either sick or the numb just rings continuously, The other number is only an answering service with no response after I have left my details on the service.
