SHIPPING INFORMATION INCORRECT AND NO RESPONSE

I found Stil Sunday on Instagram who offers linen pants and an offer for the day. I placed my order in mid-September and manufacturing takes 3/4 weeks, I followed up on my order on Monday, 14 October 2024 and was told that the shipping information would be provided shortly eventually on Thursday, 17 October 2024, I had to follow up on this as no information was received once the waybill information was provided the following day, I was told that the waybill would become trackable later that day once the courier service had noted my order on their system. Days later, the courier service cannot locate my order and says the tracking information does not exist and have since followed up with the company and have had no form of response. If my order cannot be found, I want a refund.
