Saw an ad on Instagram for adorable costumes made locally (Cape Town) I placed my order in March and to date have not received the items ordered, when I followed up I was advised the lead time would be a month, so I waited. I then proceeded to enquire about my refund and was told that Newsletters were sent out stating that the business owner was unwell and that refunds will be processed. I then requested my refund and here we are, almost a month later and still no refund.

Do not order anything from this site, it's a **** - I have since notified Instagram and my bank of the same.

The owner has rebranded, I suspect due to the many people who had the same experience.
