Non conformance of contract

<p>I ended my contract and after 2 week never received my deposit. I contacted Des several times and she always has an excuse. She said she paid in the money on the 02 November, and it will only reflect in 2-3 days in my bank account but the money was not reflecting in my account and when i asked her about it she admitted to lying about the payment. I moved into another place and had things done and the people need to get paid. She said she was goin to drop the monies tonight. I dont trust this woman because of all the lies and it is becoming a problem. I dont know what to do..........</p>
