Ocean Ocean - 69 Kus Road in Reebok - Terrible service
69 Kus Road in Reebok... The host MADE the price for 22-29March2027 (which can be confirmed with *** proof of communication), our family of 8 (including 1 disabled adult in a wheelchair in our group) accepted. We paid the 50% deposit on 17May2026. Take note: it is very difficult to find acceptable and reasonable accommodation for someone in a wheelchair... there are many things to consider and confirm before an accommodation booking can be made, but this host knew about everything and was still happy to take our deposit. Well, needless to say, but the host's word means nothing much, as she let our group from Australia and South Africa down on 23Sept2026 by informing us via ***, that she is apparently making more money with a *** booking (that she only received in Sept2026) and she is not going to honor her word with our accommodation booking... This shows little to zero integrity and bad business ethics on her part. Please take note that a booking with Ocean Oasis / 69 Kus Road in Reebok is not guarenteed, as the host is driven by money, it seems, not integrity nor good working ethics... the worst of all is that we were prepared to honor the accommodation booking by paying more to still keep the booking, but not even that was honored by the host of Ocean Oasis at 69 Kus Road in Reebok. Very very bad communication and terrible service from this host.
