Hi Thato/Thando...please learn to tell the truth...

Yes you did booked and we had power failure I told you early as 8am. Second booking yes I made a mistake with dates... We booked you and remember you never pitched I end up calling you 15min after 10am you said oh you thought it's 2pm...

The last booking you choose 10am you arrived here at 10h39 while your treatment is 45min so we were left with 6min .... I told you we cutting the treatment or you reschedule none works for you...u started yelling we have bad service you told us abt traffic but was is it a hustle to send message tht you still coming you are help up on traffic ??? However whn you said we must massage at 12 wht about people we booked at 12 ?

Honestly I don't know if we wrong by that...however your treatment time was done already...thank you for feedback though.. if we are goving nad service by letting clients comes late then we will fix the problem ...oh again I'm glad you got your refund. Again it was not the owner you spoke too it was me that welcomed you at the reception
