Bad service

Very bad customer service, The very first day of the booking the owner complained about power failure and we greatly understood.we booked for another day and she "mistaken"wrote it under a different date so she said. Since I already paid,I arranged for another day. I got there 20 minutes late, she said my spa package will be cut short. I had no problem with that ,until she later said I must reschedule.… Customer service is important , I love supporting black business BUT Ubuntu abukho!!! An important character to have when you are dealing with people… The owner simply doesn't value people.
