Ocean Golf-take your money but not give you a room

[URL Removed]<br> <br> VERY disappointing service. We booked accommodation for three nights at Ocean Golf in Noordhoek, with availability confirmed by Safari Now. We paid our deposit of R1000 four weeks ago only to then be informed that only two of the three nights were available. We decided to accept this and continued to search for the remaining third night. This was two weeks ago. <br> <br> We have just been informed that Ocean Golf can NOW not accommodate us at all. We have requested a refund, but we are very unimpressed and disappointed with the handling of the booking and the service we received. Granted it is a very busy time of the year, but surely you either know if you are booked or not ... and CERTAINLY don't take a clients money unless you can deliver the goods!
