We want our R3000

Good morning friends, please help me get our R3000 from Franck Larde, the owner the property Earth Wind & Ocean

I phoned Mr Larde after seeing his property on booking.com, tried booking via them but It would not allow me to pay, so I contacted him Franck got the number from the website , I asked if it's possible to pay whatever I have now I would pay more 3 days later, the man rudely rep**** to say he is no running a charity but a business, I thought that was rude but i choose to ignore that because it's his business, but whenever I called him he would make ******s remarks like saying "YOU PEOPLE" I told my friends about this and we decided to pay everything needed to him so we won't have any problems because we really liked the place

We read all the rules on booking. Com which he also sent via email (Attached) paid R2700 per night, R500 cleaning fee and R3000 deposit and is refundable if u did not break anything, all well and good. We paid. All that and went to this property

First of all whe he advertises he uses house no 33, which is what we saw and we spoke about the phone, only to find out he gave us another house, smaller than the other, view not as nice, and not all the things are there, simingly house 33 doesn't suit us but we kept quite continued with our weekend no complaints

There was guy called Warren who came to accompany us to the house, the guy apparently assists Franck in looking after the houses because Franck is currently in Germany.

So we had this Warren guys number, we were stuck in the house whole weekend we had to cancel booked activities around Gorge because woow the house is a well kept secret climbing up and down the hills, deep inside the forest we had to be assisted to get there because u would see some cars had to be pulled up I'm saying this so u could understand that we were indoors the whole time and could have not brought friends or had a party

Sunday we left the place at 7:30 am because one our friends was rushing for a flight in PE, we called Warren to come and inspect if everything was fine, he did and agreed all was well, nothing broken or damaged, we did not wash dishes, we did not make beds and left food in the fridge.

Two days later I email Franck (attached) giving him my account number because he was quite about it, and said next time he must give us house 33, heee bathong Franck rep**** (attached) to say the state we left the house was not right, it needed extra cleaning so the 3k will pay staff to clean ?, yoo we all rep**** via what's app email and all this guy does not answer any at this point in time

Mr Franck kindly please pay our money because we didn't damage anything and for sure extra cleaning is not 3k, if this is how u make money do not do it with us or any other fellow black sister and brother unlike u asinamhlaba siyisebenzele kanzima lemali
