Zero Customer satisfaction

My mother and I went to Ocean Basket in Atterbury Value Mart today. We specifically went there for the decadent milkshakes. When we arrived we SPECIFICALLY asked for the gourmet milkshakes, the waiter looked very confused and said that they were probably no longer making them, he said they are off the menu. We then ordered normal strawberry milkshakes. When he brought the bill, he said oh yes, he sae them on the system they do still make them. He tells us this after we ordered and paid for the plain ones. I asked for a manager, a lady came to our table who simply answered, he didnt know. She did not even attempt to rectify the situation. Im so disappointed and appauled at the management service received, untidy and zero knowledge of how to handle a customer complaint.
