Worste service and terrible food

I had the worst service at the Gold reef city ocean basket. The service from the waitor was the worst. Our drinks orders were taken but only my drink came, I had to call the waitor to bring my husband's milkshake. I had to ask for the bread rolls then after 20 mins he brings 3 small bread rolls. There was no salt and pepper on the table or sauces. The food was burnt and I received a very small portion of fish. I asked for salt from another waiter he said he will bring it but never did. Couldn't call the waitor to complain about the food quality because he avoid walking close to our table. The worst part was when I wanted to pay I didn't put a tip the waitor threw my card on the table, he must have been ****ed off that he didn't get a tip.
