Worst waiting times for food

We were at Ocean Basket Clearwaters last night and was the worst experience ever. We were a table of 12 people and had to wait an hour after ordering for starters and then a hour for our main meal. One of the guys got his starter with his main meal which was a top up of Haloumi cheese which is totally unacceptable. 2 of the people with us got their mains and when they finished the rest of us was still waiting for food. And non of the mains ordered was complicated food and then after the mains came out in drips and drabs.

Really unacceptable service provided.
