Worst Service in History

<p>I am just shocked at the service received at Cornwall View Ocean Basket</p> <p> </p> <p>* We ordered our drinks. They got my drink wrong. We notified the waitress who did not even apologise but acted as if I had inconvenienced her and ordered incorrectly. I ordered a mocha chocolate she brought a white hot chocolate and then brought the "correct" drink which tasted exactly like the hot chocolate someone else at our table ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>* Garlic bread starter was a mini pick n pay roll (same as free bread roll received when seated) that was drenched in the ocean basket garlic sauce not even baked in an oven or anything no cheese fresh garlic NOTHING. This was supposed to be a starter but </p> <p> </p> <p>* They then tell us that the card machines are not working when we are almost done with our meal.</p> <p> </p> <p>We left after explaining we were not happy with the service the manager and the owner had excuses for us. For all the mishaps the whole night we did not receive a single apology. Truly an eye opener and puts a bad name to all Ocean Baskets.</p>
