worst service ever

On Friday,25 September my partner and I decided to head to OB waterfront for lunch at 1pm firstly we walked right to the end of the restaurant trying to find a place to sit with no one even attending to us then dat there for about 15minutes till a asked for menus,we waited for a waiter again for Lord knows how long and when she finally came she took orders and disappeared for an hour until we asked hafor our bread which came at 2pm without butter and our order 15minutes after,to our surprise she only brought one platter when we asked her why one because we ordered 2 she just said she's sorry she had lots of other orders in her mind so we ended up sharing one platter.The staff and manager just didn't care at all we literally had to sit there like we begging for food because we really wanted our seafood.That was my first experience in that branch and must say the worst out of all the ocean baskets I've been to.Hope they change their attitude to keep clients because some actually left without even eating it was just a disastrous afternoon.
