Worst service ever!

Worst experience ever after going there for 10 years regularly. Waited one and a half hours for our food and then was served a half portion of the Mediterranean veg salad. I’ve had this at several Oceans and couldn’t believe what they charged me for almost nothing. The manager, Jaco, is the worst I’ve ever come across with absolutely no sense of customer service. Didn’t know how to handle the situation at all. To top it all off I had to take my son to the bathroom and upon returning found that the water had cleared my food and people were sitting at our table. He had just assumed that I left because of my earlier dissatisfaction. Once again the manager couldn’t handle the situation well. Will never again return there.
