Worst service ever

Seriously the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. Ocean Basket Herm**** will never see me again. From mixed bills to who seemed to be the main guy shifting all blame on his waiter!

First the waiter spill beer on me and my friend. Then we wait more then an hour and a half for food. Then when we queried it the orders were all mixed up with other tables. We got the managers involved and still it took a while. Then finally after eating. Our bill had loads of extra things on it. When we spoke to manager (and not the guys in the blue shirts), he seemed like the main guy He had a no care attitude. We told him that we were unhappy and he just shift the blame to the waiter. Take ownership my friend you the place. That's not the way to lead a team.

Ocean Basket how do you employ people like this? Me and my family unfortunately will not see Ocean Basket again (a place we actually use to enjoy).
