Worst service ever

Yesterday I went to Ocean Basket Clearwater for lunch and recirved the worst service ever. I arrived at 14:17 to join my mother & her husband who was seated there at 13:05. They were served by a waiter by the name of Godfrey, it took me 20mins to find this waiter to place my drinks order and order my mains.When he eventually arrived at our table to take my order it was brought to my attention that my mom them had placed more drinks order prior to me arriving and still didnt recieve it. A few mins later Paul the manager came to advise us that they had a problem with one of the printers & was resolved. I fail to see how this is an issue as the orders are taken down manually and can be given to the bar manually and processed later for billing. Never the less we placed our orders for mains being a seaded salmon salad with extra avo, fish (grilled) & prawns with rice & grilled salmon with stirfry veggies.The meals arrived 45mins later of which all 3 pans were cold, no extra avo & my grilled salmon was practically raw. I requested to speak to the manager to which a Thabo arrived with no name tag on and began questioning how i requested my salmon to be prepared. I was given the wrong bill
