Worst service at Garden Route Mall

Had the most disappointing and horrible experience on Saturday 31/10/2017. My husband spoke to the manager to raise our complaint, he promised to take it up with the owner and would phone us back. We paid for our drinks and cancelled the food.

It's been a week... my husband recieved phonecalls (two very late in the evening and requested they phone him back in business hours) and had to explain the complaint once again...but no further feedback.

It sounds like no investigation was even done before phoning us. We explained everything to the on duty manager before leaving, was no report done on this?? Very dissapointing! Poor management and disrespectful staff.
