Worst service as Ocean Basket Wonderpark mall

Ocean Basket Wonderpark gave me and my husband the worst service. I went there and ordered a takeaway platter for 1. The lady seving us dragged her feet and the paltter took about 40min to prepare. I then asked for the garlic/mayo sauce and was told you only get these for sit in and not take away. When you eat at ocean basket you get the sauces and the bread but for take away you dont get anything yet you pay the same price whcih I think is parthetic. The Manager then said this is the Policy from headOfiice yet its not written anywhere. Worse they servied me a tkeaway without the plastic takeaway cutlery, which I later had to beg for. My picture of ocean basket is now dented! We were treated like beggers and not loyal customers!!!!!
