Worst seafood at ocean basket sun city

Worst ocean basket we have ever eaten at. Ordered the snoek for starters and it was dry dry dry. Didn’t even eat it. Then we ordered the soul mate platter for two. What a disaster. Calamari stakes was over done and hard to cut like cutting a piece of rubber. Mussels came in a separate pan but was so sour and over powered with garlic it was inedible. We called the manager and showed him but wasn’t too concerned so i asked him to taste the sauce and his reply was he does not eat seafood but yet he is the manager of a seafood restaurant?

Waited more then a hour for our food and there was only 4 tabels in the whole restaurant not even busy.
