Worst Restaurant Experience Ever

We went to Ocean Basket in Hazeyview Mpumalanga............. On the 27th January 2023. We Waited over 45 Minutes to be Served. Finally when we did get Served we were Told they do not have the Complimentary Rolls. The Waiter came, I insisted she Gets a Note Pad to take our Order. Came back with Coke instead of Coke Zero. My wife Ordered a watermelon and cucumber chiller, and when it arrived it was curdled. After telling the waitress it was sour she insisted it wasn't. Waited a Further 50 Minutes for our Food. Didn't get Utensils. Had to go ask for it. Ordered the Falafel starter which was burnt and full of Oil and came without a dip. Ordered Grilled Fish and calamari which was Old and shriveled up. Calamari was cardboard and over Salted. They Forgot to Bring the Salad. What a Dreadful Meal. Spoke to the Manager who Apologized but said that we not the Only ones that Complained today. However the apology came with no remorse and seemed to be a practice they are well versed in. This was the Worse Ocean Basket we've been to. Extremely Disappointed.
