Worst ocean basket experience

Ocean basket vangate mall was the worst experience I have ever had from when we arrive until when we left. We came in we sat down it was like 20mins no water came an said I will be your waiter are you ready to order nothing. We eventually got someone's attention who took our order, they brought the rolls and omw the rolls were hard! The food then came and it was just as bad its like the downgraded version of ocean basket. The flavors was just not your usual flavors. The sushi was cut so thick and everything was just unpleasant.
