Worst Ocean basket experience !!

I had the WORST restaurant experience yestyrday afternoon at Ocean basket wonderpark. 1. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks 2. There weren't chop sticks for our sushi 3. We had to wait +20 minutes for our table to be cleaned. We shouldn't even be seated on a dirty table because of the Covid 19 regulations. 4. There was no ice for our drinks when they finally came. 5. There were no prawns and mussels.

From my understanding, it is the managers duty to do floor checks. That didn't happen instead the manager literally ran away and hid from the customers and waiters were left to do damage control. We approached what looked like the jnr. Manager. No apology from her, she was rude and was busy doing whatever while I was addressing her. We asked for everything to be avoided and we left. I'm appalled at the terrible service we recieved.

So we left and went to the ocean basket in nina park. Service was okay but they also failed to inform us that they didn't have any prawns and mussels in stock. So this isn't a store problem/issue. Ocean basket is a terrible restuarant as a brand in general.
