Worst ocean basket!!!!!

Tonight we went to ocean basket, mall of Africa and it was our worst nightmare. We sat down slightly after 7pm and walked out at 9pm without having eaten. Managers came to apologize, one blaming the gas stove, the other blaming water shortage, which was non existent. The waiters all said it’s becauo they under staffed and refuse to hire more staff. This experience has completely turned me off any ocean basket. The manner in which management handled the situation was unprofessional and unempathetic. Mall of Africa does not deserve a 1. It should be a minus zero
