Worst experience to date

My husband and I had the worst experience at Ocean Basket Mall of the South. We are *****s of the restaurant & know our meals without having to look at the menu. Firstly we were not accompanied by a waitor to our seats he told us to sit where we desired. Then we were not told that our platter for two would not have calamari heads, then we were given rice instead of the chips that we had asked for. When our food came, we had no plates to eat from. To top it all off the food tasted old and not to the usual Ocean Basket standard that we are used to. We are thoroughly disappointed.
