Worst Experience - Ocean Basket Tygervalley

Ocean Basket - Tygervalley... what a disappointment. Ordered the platter for 1 ... don't like the fish and asked if I could replace the fish with extra calamari. Which the waitor said was fine. Apon receiving the bill I saw I was charged a extra R21 ontop of the cost of R155. I questioned the bill and was told calamari was more expensive. Which is understandable however, not once was I informed of this. To top it all off we were a service charge of R70 which to my understanding is discretionary when questioning this was told when spending more than R500 (there were 3 of us) it's standard. I'm all for tipping for a good service but service was not great. We waited ages to be served. Our table wasn't cleared much and overall did not have a good experience. Will definitely NOT be coming back!!
