Worst experience ever! - Manager Thulani - Gold Reef City

<p>Date : 04/06/2016 </p> <p>Manager: Thulani</p> <p>Incorrect meals in store</p> <p>Insects crawling out of 1 meal - witnessed by waitress</p> <p>Waitress had a horrible attitude</p> <p>Incorrect meals for take away</p> <p>waited 30 minutes for 1 take away to find out prawns still being butterf**** (which i requested a refund for)</p> <p>When i approached Thulani, he never aplogised, he was rude, arrogant and threatened me, refused to provide customer care details on many occasions that i requested</p> <p>I was held againt my will for being accused of throwing a card machine, after which i was let go.</p> <p>Store was quiet while all this happened</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line - i NEED URGENT RESPONSES FOR THIS RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE </p>
