WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Good day So after a 3 hour hike yesterday, a friend and I decided to get some good comfort food and what better way to end a hike by having some fish/seafood. We decided to do, Ocean Basket Camps Bay. We were greeted by the manager and told us to sit anywhere, we op for going upstairs but could not due to a function. We understood.

We took our seats- It took about 8min-10min before we got our menus (I literary wave at the manager who was just standing there to ask for a menu but he chose to rather tell the waiter who was busy with another table to attend to us) It then took another 5min to get the managers attention to just order a beer, he again looked at the waitress who was busy, told her to come and help us. Still don't know why he didnt come.. Some other patrons had to stand up and get serviettes, salt and pepper as he just stood there. Everything was such a mission and took forever. Not ones did he even come to our table or any other table to check if we or any of the and other patrons were okay, if we got what we were looking for, anything that he can help and assist with. Nothing!!!

Anyway, this was ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I don't know how you can allow someone like that to manage your establishment. I later asked the waitress, what's up with the manager and she said he only helps if the owners are there another thn that, he just stands and orders them around. I couldn't believe it!!
