Worst experience ever

<p>Rating 0 out of 10. The worst experience of an ocean basket that I have or we have had to date. One of our guest is busy vomiting from the food. The rice was burnt, the fish had a really hard core iron taste to it. The chips looked like it was bought at the local street corner market, very rubbery. Now the grand finale the prawns was not cleaned properly so we actually tasted it's guts. The manager Paul asked politely so how can we make your experience better? Huh? Pathetic. You already ruined it. The floors was so dirty looked like a street festival. When asked about the floors the answer was simply it was a busy day. The bill came to R680 for 5 people. What a flippen *******. Yes we paid the bill so that we could actually write this review and make a formal complaint and see what will be done about this. Most probably a voucher. Well your food is being flushed down the toilet. Thx for your service Mike. The waiter was actually friendly and his service was great. The only good experience about the meal was the service from Mike and when we left. You won't see us again. Cheers.</p>
