Worst experience at a ocean basket ever!

<p>We have been going to many diffrent ocean baskets for years. Know allot of the Mangers by names, always get such good service and food! Yesterday we were very dissapointed after waiting much longer then ussual for our food... when it finally arived! it was over cooked sushi rice that was served at cornwall view shopping centre. it was overcooked to the point that we could not even swallow the food. our bill consisted of a crunch platte, tampura prawn rolls, california rolls, fashion sandwiches and garlic bread. we complained to the waitress who was very helpful, she called over the manage to asist her with the matter. the manager, Maximus, offered to give us a free meal to compensate for the sushi, we declined his offer as the sushi was revaulting to the state that we were nauseas and could not eat anything else at that point. we than received our bill which was an amount of R357 excl tip. i than asked if we could order a platter for two (fish and rice) for take away. the manager than said it was too expensive for him to provide that meal for us- even though our bill was over R300, i than said i want the bill to hich he excluded the sushi that was not eaten and it amounted to R280, to which we paid R300. the service was appauling and i stated that i will never go back there. it is to my descretion that the manager is not suited for that position and ocean basket should try and maintain their level of service and food. </p>
