Worst dining experience ever

<p>We took my mother out for early supper on Mother's Day but nothing could have prepared us for such a horrible experience. We ordered food, waited forever by the time it got to they able it was cold and the prawns under cooked. We reported this to the waitress who through her hands in the air and said what do we expect her to do, she left. We asked for a manager and as we were trying to find the manager via other waiters she kept telling them not to come to our table because we just trouble. The manager came and changed the plates but the lady still kept on p***ing remarks and making the afternoon uncomfortable. The manager did not address the waitress it seemed like this is what usually happens. The waitresses name was Sonto and this happened at ocean basket carnival mall</p>
