Worst Customer Service, cold food + flies!!

I went to Tyger Valley Mall - Ocean Basket with friend whom flew in from Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. We get served brown bread - get told there is no rolls over. (I could eat brown bread at home). We order the food it was cold and I mean cold rice with cold mussels and cold sauce both of me and friend. The management did not even come and apologize!! The cherry on the cake was then there came fies 2 of them on the table! It was disgusting. Service is terrible I would never ever want to go back there nor recommend anybody to go back! Very disappointing meal and service!! Worst experience ever that in a mall in a restaurant that is indoors!!
