Worst customer care experience!!!

On Tuesday evening my family and I decided to come to the Ocean Basket at Kollonade Mall. The manager decided to serve us and take our orders. The drinks was brought to our table.. But no straws.. We waited 10min for his attention and decided to ask another waiter for straws. We ordered a Pink Lemonade Carafe but noticed that it was a strawberry Cooler. When we enquired about this he said that actually the Strawberry cooler is more expensive and he charged us for a pink Lemonade. Its not about being cheaper or more expensive. Its about what we WANTED!! He then went on to Insist that he brought us a pink Lemonade. We are not stupid. We eat at ocean basket all the time. We also know how strawberry tastes!! Maybe its a racial attack because we was the only non white race out of all the White people in the restaurant. In 30min the manager/waiter never checked on us. We were left all alone. We sat opposite the kitchen. It was so disturbing to see how this colored waitress was shouting and swearing at kitchen guys to hurry up with the order. Guys if u want a relaxed eating environment or a place to enjoy your meal, celebrate a special occasion or spend your money, rather go to another branch or restaurant!!! This place is pathetic. Especially from the managers. Sis! Disgusting!
