Worst Calamari and Fish ever

I don't complain often but I was really upset by the calamari tubes and fish served last night at this Ocean basket. <br> The tubes were flat and tasted grainy/mushy. The fish batter was terible soft and soggy the fish inside also felt mushy. <br> <br> We eat at ocean basket often and normally the same one, witch is always on standard. But yesterday experience was totally waste, after asking the waiter about the terrible food he just stated that the calamari is what they received from head office and it was tuff, that why they had to hammer it soft? <br> <br> Then he was done with that, not calling the manager nothing. She was just standing around there. <br> <br> We just left it on the plate and then left. Please check your standards.
