Worm in drink and bad service

We ordered 1Ltr mojito that tasted like pure sprite and then found a worm inside my glass, i asked them to take everything away and bring me something else to drink because clearly they did not wash the leaves. They then brought us new drinks and the manager came to tell us where the leave must have came from and that it probably came from unwashed leaves??? I dont call that an apology... the service was so bad we had ordered our drinks and food and did not see the waiter from when we received our food till the food was finished and i had to get up and go ask for the bill because she had not returned to us and probably wouldn't have
