Winter Blues!

We waited half an hour for our food, my child was done with hers already and when I escalate to the manager he took 20 mins to get back to me to say it will be done in 10 mins? I cancelled the order but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth as we were looking so forward to your winter specials on our family day outing.<br> <br> Pathetic
