Who closes while you have guests?

We were at Ocean Basket Nylstroom and when we arrived they were open it was around 7, while we orderd the waiters started to pack up the restaurant, we didn't even orderd yet. When our food came the restaurant was pack up and we felt so rushed. The sushi was made in a hurry so that tha staff can go home at 7. I think that it is very unprofetional of them to start packing up and closes while you still have guests at the restaurant. I hope they will start to get better.
