When the Cats away the mice will play!

Ocean Basket, Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, has got to be the worst, as soon as I assume was "The Manager" left the store, all the staff were totally not interested! I watched in disgust as a customer who was being ignored got off his chair and practically begged for service! The guy whom I assume was the "assistant manager" was constantly busy on his cellphone and did not seem interested and did not exercise any kind of authority! Both the waitresses I encountered were forgetful and to make matters worse when I asked for the bill no one could find our waitress!? It was a good 10 minutes later that she strolled into the store by which time I had missed my appointment? The food was good though but I will never eat there again!
