What a disappointment for food and service

Ocean Basket Mall @ Carnival has been such a disappointing experience. From the waiter that made you feel you were imposing on their time to the dry rice and fish. Normally the food and service are on par but I will drive an extra 30min to another mall to support Ocean Basket before supporting the Ocean Basket in the Mall @ Carnival
