Waterfront V&A Ocean Basket

Ordered the basic hake and chips . When dish arrived chips was cold . No eating utensils no sauces. When requested to see waiter , he was not available. Asked to speak to manager . He then arranged warm dish to be delivered. No s**** for sauces provided. Hake was dry with too much batter . Worst meal I ever had at any Ocean Basket , best of all in Capetown of all places ! Too many customers not enough staff !
