Waiting 1 hour for our sushi

On the 27th of September we visited the mentioned above Ocean Basket Ordered Sushi as a starter There was really not a lot off people We waited 45 min for our Sushi After complaining they brought 1 plate of Sushi we ordered 2 Then again we had to wait another 15 minutes for the other order We ordered a seafood platter for 2 as well Waited another hour for that No side plates was supp**** for either the prawn shell's or the mussels shell's No floor manager ever came to ask if everything was in order After we complained about it then they wanted to attend to us I send an complaint in to Ocean Basket But up to know I got no response from them Not even an apology!
