Waiter brought Sushi with the bill

Waiter brought the sushi after our drinks and food were finished then when we complained he started to get angry . He refused to call the manager until we asked him 3 times . When asked him for his name he refused to give it . He even refused my 10% tip . Service was absolutely under par and unneceptable .
