Waited longer than an hour and a half for sushi!!!

We went to Ocean Basket in Cradlestone Mall last night, service was a bit slow from the beginning but we weren't bothered, we order drinks and starters. we were advised that the computers are off. then two of our three starters came and we enquired about the third one, the witress advised again that the computers were off and went back to only order the third starter then. then we ordered our main meal - of which one was sushi platter - we asked her to not bring the mains if all three is not ready. while waiting she came around and asked if she could bring the two fish platters and we said no, when everything is ready, we waited for another hour and finally she indicated it is ready, she brought the two fish platters but no sushi, when we asked she said the chef is now cutting the sushi, we asked to see the manager and he came and advised us that an hour and a half is a very good time to wait for sushi and what he can do for me because he cant give me the sushi and he has other things to do. Not only was the service terrible but the manager was rude too!!! I never leave a restaurant without tipping even after bad service but last night!!! i just paid for my drinks and starters!
