Very poor Service & Food Quality. Drop on Standards

<p>We visited ocean basket in gold reef city yesterday. The service was very poor and disappointing. Waiter lacked focus and we had to ask and remind him to bring wet wipes, serving s****s and even our drinks! He just disappeared and never even came back to check on us. Manager came to check on us after the damage was done. The food quality was terrible and very disappointing. We eat out at ocean basket at various branches and is always our first choice for seafood but this is one we will never return too. </p>
