Very poor service

Key West Ocean basket .Very poor service.We were there yesterday.We were 10 people.Some already ate there food and we had to wait for my sons food.And this is now the second time and last time.I can spend my money in another place if they treat us like the way they did.I just want this under head office attention.And the place was not even half empty.
