Value for Money

<p>My family visited Ocean Basket Clear Water on the 26/08/2016 for a dinner. The resturant was very busy with a daunting queue, however the service to obtain a table was efficient. My only problem was the quality of food for a soul platter ordered.The meal served was a surprise visually, it was certainly was not what i was expecting , some of the fish wasnt even served as whole pieces, broken chunks thrown on a plate. The visual presentation was not inviting, one of one colour throughout. Tasting the prawns , calamari, rice and fish was just as disappointing and had no flavour. All elements where overcooked. The meal was also cold. The only part of the dish that was good was the salad and chips. So paying R300 plus approximately for a salad and chips was very expensive. We did complain to the Manager and he did offer a voucher which was very nice of him, however we turned this down as this has not been the first time we have been diappointed. The last time we visitied the establishment the sushi was not ediable and extremely salty. Service was good, waiters friendly, pity about the food.</p>
