Utterly Dissapointed!

<p>To whom it may concern...<br />Last week my mother in law took our whole family to your store in Irene farm village for supper. The waiter we had was as dead as a graveyard for starters. We got there at about 19h30 and left just before 22:00. During that time the waiter probably came by the table 4-5 times the entire evening. She hardly checked up on our drinks and we had to find her to place our orders. After we had supper the waiter did not offer us the dessert menu and we just sat there waiting. The staff started to clean while we , along with a few other customers, were still busy. This was just after 9pm and the restaurant only closes at 10pm. This is very unprofessional as we felt very pressured to hurry and uncomfortable.</p> <p>Then to come to the manager. Earlier in the night we had a minor incedent with another customer who sat at the table next to us and the manager just came running to find out " what did i miss?". I felt it was terribly ********* the way in which she approached the situation. When we had all recieved our dinner, my mother in law had noticed a hair in her food. We called the waiter and the manager came running took the plate and returned with the what seemed like the same plate just the food was arranged in the way they serve it and a "sorry". She never did her rounds to make sure the tables were okay and if the customers were satisfied. She seemed very under qualified for the position.</p> <p>While the bill was busy being paid the waiter had hinted for a tip. My mother in law had written a review (with her contact number on) of the night and of how unhappy she was and told the waiter to please show it to the manager as to why she did not recieve a tip. The manager proceeded to comfort the waiter in the store and not once tried to apologies or resolve any of the issues mentioned. No one had even made use of the number for feedback on the unhappy experience recieved from the staff.</p> <p>I hope to here from you guys very soon as I will NOT leave this matter here and i will take it as far as i can! <br />My mother in law work on crew ships overseas and only vissit South africa once a year and she is not happy about this and neither am I and I will not stop with spreading thos email to as many people and social media untill I am satisfied and my mother in law. <br />Regars <br />T.
