Unsatisfied with Service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent delivery order. from Ocean Basket Sandton, The prawns provided were significantly smaller than expected, and despite requesting cutlery, none was included. In addition, the lemon served with the meal was rotten, which raises serious concerns about the quality checks in place.

To make matters worse, the food packaging was not sealed, leaving me concerned about food safety and hygiene. The rice was also poorly prepared, with the seasoning concentrated in one area, making parts of the meal excessively salty and unpleasant to eat.

Considering the amount I paid, the quality of the food and service fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this establishment for delivery.
