Unsatisfied customer

I called ocean basket on the 28th to place a booking. I spoke to a Morné at your Camps Bay restaurant to just maybe enquire if we can book a table for 4 people. I explained to him my requirements and in this way he kinda cutoff of my call instead of listening to me as I was still speaking. Then I placed a second call I got hold of President who stated that he will try to assist me when I get there.thanks so much to him. But to Morné if this is how you treat customers this is not on.
