Unsatisfactory Service

My Family and I went for lunch at the N1 City Mall Branch.We ordered drinks which came late then our meals took almost 90minutes to get to us.Our food was burnt and s****ped off to hide it.I kept asking the waiter how long for our foods and she kept saying its being dished now. Other tables after us ordered, ate, and left way before our food arrived. When we eventually ate the shop was empty. I paid for my drinks and my daughters meal but returned everything else. We eventually had to eat at Spur where we had better service. Vusi then decided to pack the burnt food as a \gesture"but really whose going to eat that same food? Also he said that my mums meal was thrown away......she only wanted the spinach hotter??? We eat at the Canal Walk branch often"
